During that time Acharn Boonchoo was the Executive Chef of the Bussaracum chain of restaurants that specialised in Royal Cuisine.

The food was superb. It is obvious that you use high-quality ingredients and everything is cooked fresh. The portions were very generous. I can see why you have won so many awards.
